Aquasol®
labels provide the perfect solution for short term identification of
almost any item because removal is nearly instantaneous. Simply immerse
in water, wait for 30 seconds to a minute and the label dissolves. For
environments that do not allow immersion, a water saturated cloth can
be applied to the surface and gently wiped until the label “melts”.
There is no need to apply dangerous solvents to remove aggressive
adhesives, creating a safer work environment. And in environments where
solvents are prohibited, time is not wasted scrubbing the remaining
adhesive residue.
Aquasol® water-soluble labels are
used by a variety of industries for various stages of the production
process as well as on finished products. Aquasol® water-soluble labels adhere to most surfaces including stainless steel, aluminum, glass, wood, plastic and other surfaces.
Water-soluble
labels are ideal for reusable items such as laboratory glassware,
cylinders, and metal drums; as well as for delicate items like crystal,
brass, gold and fine china. Manufacturing sectors use water soluble
labels to identify in process parts on assembly lines, i.e. (automobile
assembly). In the highly regulated food service industry, these labels
identify shelf life, reducing the chance of serving unsafe food. As
these labels do not leave any residue, they will not harbor bacteria or
clog the dishwasher drain.
Eliminate Scrubbing: Since Aquasol® Water Soluble Labels dissolve upon application of water, there is no need to scrub surfaces for hard to remove adhesives.
No Solvents: Eliminate the need to remove labels. Simply immerse in water or place a damp cloth over label.
Inventory Control: Identify and control inventory of parts in the production process with Aquasol® Water Soluble Labels. You can then choose to eliminate the label before sale or allow it to remain for future replacement identification.
Biodegradable: Since Aquasol® Water Soluble Labels are non-toxic, environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable, there are no concerns about damaging equipment or damaging the environment by using water soluble labels.
