Aquasol® dissolving pouches eliminate the need for direct handling of chemicals and dangerous agents in addition to delivering precise, pre-measured quantities. Several variations of water-soluble paper coated or laminated with PVOH (polyvinyl alcohol) film are available to make your custom sized heat sealable pouch. The pouch will completely dissolve when immersed in water and release the dry contents.
Aquasol® Medical water-soluble pouches are typically used for easy introduction of solidifying agents (super absorbent polymers) into containers filled with bio-hazardous fluids such as blood and urine. The pouches dissolve upon contact with the fluid, releasing the polymers which later turn the fluid into a gel.

can produce water-soluble seed packets to bury in soil or lay on top of
fresh dirt. Simply add water and the pouch will fully dissolve, even
if it’s buried beneath the surface.
One of our thickest
grades of water-soluble paper can be formed into a temporary plant pot.
These pots are perfect carriers for the plant and later can be set in
the final planting location. The water soluble pot will dissolve over
time with rainfall and routine watering.

There is no need for the consumer to measure or touch the often
dangerous compounds, reducing product liability. There is no
unwrapping. Dishwasher and laundry detergents and can be pre-measured
into pouches for use in residential and commercial cleaning
facilities.

drains are often caused by the gradual accumulation of organic matter,
hair and grease on the inside walls of drain pipes. Typical clog
removers are dangerous chemicals that can cause harm if in contact with
eyes and hands. There is additional risk with splashing from opening
liquid formats. Aquasol pouches can reduce the risks by encapsulating
the dangerous chemicals into single use packets.
Toilet Bowl and Portable Unit Cleaning & Deodorizing Pouches
Aquasol® Water Soluble packets containing cleaning and deodorizing compounds can be pre-measured and simply tossed into the bowl or water tank as needed.
